歐盟委員會(huì)近日修改了碳排放交易體系國家援助指南，新增多個(gè)行業(yè)。修改后將有更多行業(yè)有資格獲得補(bǔ)償，并對(duì)援助水平做出相應(yīng)調(diào)整，以應(yīng)對(duì)碳價(jià)上漲和碳泄漏風(fēng)險(xiǎn)加劇。
